About the Role

As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will:

• Provide a wide range of advanced beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, & more.


• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.


• Mentor therapists and support training and development.


• Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.


• Contribute to the growth and success of the salon.

• Advanced knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong attention to detail and client care


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Leadership and mentoring capabilities


• Time management and organisational skills


• Sales and product recommendation experience


• Familiarity with booking systems and salon software

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy


• Minimum 3 years of experience in a salon or spa environment


• Expertise in advanced treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser)


• Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning
