The Senior Building Surveyors' role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to deliver high-quality consultancy services to a varied client base, working across the retail, industrial, office, and leisure sectors.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services, including contract administration, project management, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments and planned preventative maintenance.

With the autonomy to manage projects from inception through to completion, the role offers a great balance of responsibility and support within a collaborative team environment.

The Senior Building Surveyor will take ownership of an exciting and diverse client portfolio, working on a range of commercially focused schemes while benefiting from a structured environment that encourages professional growth, knowledge sharing, and personal development.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Ideally qualified with MRICS
• A consultancy or private practice background
• Well-rounded service line knowledge
• Varied sector experience is beneficial
• A confident and client-facing individual
