Salary: £15 per hour

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours available

The Role

You must live locally to Windsor, be a vehicle owner/driver with a caring heart, and have great English communication.

They need an experienced / senior Care Assistant, ready to take the next step in their career development. That person will be a great communicator who is trustworthy and reliable to provide compassionate care with empathy for the adults they support. If that is you, they’d love to hear from you.

They will train, develop and support you to quickly get up and running to safely improve local lives and become a valued member of their care family.

As well as providing care in the field, you will then quickly find yourself supporting the Management Team by undertaking Spot checks / 1:1s / Client Assessment & Reviews and holding the Out of Hours On Call duties.
