About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will act as a strategic Business Partner to senior stakeholders across Operations and Supply Chain functions. Your primary focus will be on delivering in-depth cost analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and contributing to the enhancement of manufacturing cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to provide actionable commercial insights.
• Conduct detailed financial and cost analysis to support business strategy and identify opportunities.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing processes and cost control.

About You:

• Strong experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Partnering role.
• Comfortable working in complex organisational environments, ideally in manufacturing.
• Commercially savvy with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA preferred), though candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
