As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with budget managers and senior stakeholders, providing expert financial advice to support strategic objectives. This hybrid, part-time role offers excellent flexibility, making it ideal for professionals seeking a dynamic environment within a values-driven organisation.

• Act as a strategic finance partner, advising budget managers on effective financial planning and forecasting.
• Support the development and maintenance of the university-wide management accounting structure.
• Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform key decision-making.
• Provide insightful financial reports, ensuring financial resources are optimised.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing financial strategies across the institution.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).
• Proven finance business partnering experience, ideally in a large or complex organisation.
• Strong ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to challenge and influence decision-making to drive financial efficiency.
