An award-winning international professional services firm is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their high-performing team in Manchester. This is a newly created role where you will work closely with an impressive Finance Director. The business is experiencing organic and exciting growth. Your new role

Preparing and reporting financial statements, including balance sheet and cash flow analysis, leading the audit and managing the process. Analysing key variances and movements in working capital, reviewing financial statements and group consolidations, and creating and reviewing financial reports. Partnering with non-finance stakeholders, planning and executing group audits and corporation tax filings within agreed timelines, submitting VAT returns quarterly, and implementing financial controls and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully qualified accountant with ACCA/ACA/CIMA
• Robust communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficiency in Excel and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong financial accounting and audit skills
• Ability to build relationships and manage key stakeholders
