Salary: £36,000 - £40,500 pern annum Pro-Rata, DOE

Location: Ellesmere Port - Hybrid

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across a diverse and growing organisation of over 750 employees.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with a blend of home and office-based work in Ellesmere Port.

• Acting as a key support to the Head of HR, including team supervision and deputising when needed.
• Providing expert HR advice to Service Managers on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Leading and contributing to HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Producing and analysing HR metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover, absence).
• Delivering training sessions and workshops to enhance people management capability.

• CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable).
• Strong generalist HR experience, including:
  
  • Employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability).
  • Change management, including restructures and TUPE.
  • HR reporting and analytics.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and a data-driven mindset.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
