• Manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and more.
• Lead & mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Deliver a seamless client journey, working closely with private wealth and other legal teams.
• Build relationships with estate agents, financial advisors, and stakeholders to drive business development.

• Extensive residential property experience, particularly in high-value transactions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to support and develop a team.
• A client-first approach, ensuring professionalism and exceptional service.
• Knowledge of the Hereford property market (preferred but not essential).
• Commercial awareness, with a proactive mindset to support business growth.
