Part-Time Senior Talent Resourcing Specialist — Finance & Accountancy
Salary: Up to £35,000 FTE plus bonus — up to £21,000 plus bonus for the advertised hours
Hours: 22.2 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday
Hybrid working: Wednesday in the office; Thursday and Friday from home

At Chase & Holland, we’re looking for a Candidate Consultant to join our Finance & Accountancy team. Working as one of two candidate resourcers, you’ll support a highly successful Senior Partner with an established recruitment desk.
You’ll have the opportunity to use your recruitment experience, take ownership of your work and make a valued contribution to the team’s success.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll get to know the people behind the CVs: their achievements, motivations and what they want from their next move.
Your role will include:
Sourcing and headhunting professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and our recruitment database.
Screening candidates and holding telephone, video and face-to-face meetings.
Building relationships with active jobseekers and people open to future opportunities.
Writing engaging adverts and managing applications.
Formatting and proofreading CVs and preparing candidate summaries.
Coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate records and keeping candidates informed.
Working closely with the Senior Partner and your fellow resourcer to agree priorities and share clear handovers.Who would enjoy this role?

This would particularly suit an experienced Finance & Accountancy recruiter who wants to work part time or move away from a 360 position.
You might already be a candidate consultant or resourcer looking for a new opportunity.
You’ll be confident approaching people, curious enough to ask good questions and organised enough to keep a busy desk moving. Strong written communication, attention to detail and a dependable approach will matter just as much as your ability to find candidates.
