About the Role

As a Senior Spa  Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering treatments designed to recharge and refuel members and guests in a serene, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a holistic, spiritual approach to healing and wellbeing.
• Perform a variety of hands-on treatments, including specialized massages.
• Foster a positive, mindful atmosphere to enhance guest experiences.
• Consistently exceed member and guest expectations through exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Recognized massage therapy certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end environment.
• A commitment to flexible working, including weekends and shifts.
• A passion for spirituality and all things wellness!

What’s On Offer:

• Competitive salary of up to £55,000 pro rata, plus bonus.
• Up to 32 hours a week on an employed basis
