Importantly, this is not traditional ticket support. The work is centred around high-level troubleshooting, platform stabilisation, upgrades, performance issues and complex escalations across mission-critical environments. You'd operate as a senior SME, stepping into difficult technical situations and helping enterprise customers resolve issues across infrastructure, networking and Kubernetes-based platforms. The setup is flexible and operates more like an on-demand SME model than a standard full-time contract. Engineers typically support multiple client environments remotely, focusing on interesting technical problems rather than BAU administration.
