Serious Injury Fee Earner Remote Working; Southampton Base

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for high-value, life-changing work - without the daily commute?

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading claimant personal injury firms, renowned for its expertise in catastrophic and serious injury cases. The firm is now recruiting a top-tier Grade A Fee Earner to join their award-winning team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a fully remote or hybrid basis, while handling a premium caseload of serious injury files - with many cases valued well in excess of £1 million.

Working from home (or optionally from the firm's Southampton office), you will manage a reduced caseload of no more than 30 high-value serious injury matters. You'll be fully supported by a collaborative team structure, allowing you to focus on quality outcomes and meaningful client care.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex, multi-track litigated claims
• Advising clients who have suffered serious and life-altering injuries
• Building strong cases through expert evidence and liability investigations
• Negotiating substantial settlements with insurers
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss
• Attending remote or in-person hearings when required

We are looking for:

• A Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 5 years' PQE, ideally Grade A)
• Proven experience in handling high-value or catastrophic personal injury claims
• Excellent litigation, negotiation and client-handling skills
• The ability to work independently with confidence in a remote environment
• Empathy, professionalism, and a passion for claimant work
