Service Administrator

Job Description:

Hours: Part-Time Monday to Friday (Flexible hours available)

Start Date – End of August

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. If you're someone who thrives in a busy office environment, has a knack for communication, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering and handling incoming telephone enquiries with professionalism and care

* Liaising with Local Authorities, Private Customers, Contractors, and Tenants to book engineers and coordinate appointments

* Monitoring service schedules, tracking completions, and maintaining Local Authority spreadsheets

* Sending out service appointment notifications

* Processing Council Passback Lists

* Preparing and providing Legal Packs for Local Authorities

About You:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Must Drive
