Are you passionate about retails and ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a dedicated Garden Shop Supervisor for our New Garden Shop at Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens. As a key member of our team, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales,managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your leadership skills in a beautiful, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager in overseeing store operation and staff
Support in driving sales target and forecast
Aid in Inventory management,visual merchandising, and loss prevention
Lead by example in providing outstanding costumer service
Help create a positive, engaging store environment

Requirements:
Previous experiences in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong communication and organizational skills
ability to lead and motivate a team
Commitment to excellent customer services

Working Schedule:
Fixed day of the week are Tuesday and Sundays and every other Wednesday
hours are 09:00 - 17:30 in peak seasonal operating times and 09:00 - 16:30 off peak
Available to work 40 - 45 hours a week
early mornings, late evenings ,weekends and public holidays will be included in the rota
