Summer team deep cleaning supervision from 11th July to 12th Sept 2025. Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4 hours 

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support where needed
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are regularly and thoroughly cleaned
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly
• Ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are followed by the team
• Train new cleaners and provide ongoing training to existing staff to improve their skills and productivity
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with our clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, performance reports, and any incidents that may occur on site

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role 
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
