Sock Designer

Our client has established themselves as an importer and distributor of ready-made garments and accessories, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to their clients.

Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Designer located in Greater Manchester. The Designer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative sock designs.

The role will include designing a range for each season, liaising with buyers, factories and merchandisers to ensure the products come in correctly. Checking samples against design, lab dips, labelling etc

The Designer will also keep up with fashion trends, attend design meetings, and present ranges

Qualifications
Proficiency in design

Easyknit eperience is a bonus
Experience with creating technical drawings and collaborating with production teams
Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to adapt designs accordingly
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
