Software Development Manager

Salary: £58,000 - £63,000

We are currently partnering with a leading organisation who are recruiting for a Software Development Manager with strong Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing development teams and working with Microsoft technologies to deliver impactful business solutions.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Leading a development squad in building bespoke solutions
• Spearheading new transformational projects
• Providing technical advice and ensuring best practices
• Influencing strategic business decisions
• Regular communication with stakeholders

Experience required:

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience managing stakeholders at various levels
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Extensive knowledge of MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse)
• Strong understanding of source and version control
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Understanding of data migration systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
