To assist head chef with day to day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and smooth running of the kitchen.
To assist with food preparation, including cooking dishes, plating and ensuring proper food prestation and ensuring all dishes meet the restaurants standards & requirements.
To participate in menu planning, developing new dishes, and adapting new ones.
