Role Overview As a Special Needs TA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop independence in their educational journey.

Main Duties:

• Fostering pupils' confidence, independence, and academic progress

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (in schools, care settings, or community roles)
• Patient, resilient, and positive attitude when managing challenging situations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Nurturing, understanding, and structured approach to supporting learning differences
• Valid DBS certificate on Update Service or willingness to complete enhanced DBS check
• Right to work in the UK
