We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Special Needs Teaching Assistants across a variety of schools in the Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Crowborough, and Edenbridge areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs, regardless of prior experience.

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children in their educational journey, helping them to reach their full potential. Your work will be varied and rewarding, and you will be able to adapt your hours based on your availability, offering great flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
• Provide support with learning activities, helping students to understand and engage with the curriculum
• Support students with personal care, when necessary, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
• Work closely with teachers and other school staff to create a positive learning atmosphere
• Offer encouragement, patience, and empathy to help students feel supported and motivated
