The Opportunity

Prospero Teaching is looking for experienced SEND Tutors to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to children and young people across Warrington.

As a SEND Tutor, you'll work closely with learners who require additional support to access education. Every tuition package is tailored to the individual, allowing you to deliver engaging lessons that build confidence, encourage independence and help students achieve their potential.

Whether supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs, you'll play a key role in helping them overcome barriers to learning.

Position Details

* Location: Warrington
* Position: SEND Tutor
* Hours: 5-15 hours per week (flexible)
* Start Date: September 2026
* Duration: Ongoing

Experience, Training and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience working with children or young people with SEND
* QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (desirable)
* Experience delivering tailored 1:1 tuition
* A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach

To be eligible, you must:

* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
* Provide two professional child-related references
