• Produce accurate and clear notes during lectures, tutorials, seminars, and group discussions (typed or handwritten as needed)

• Edit and review notes after sessions to ensure they are accessible and well-structured

• Maintain professionalism and build a positive working relationship with the student

• Put the student's needs first while following university and service guidelines

• Liaise with Randstad to raise concerns, protect confidentiality, and ensure the quality of support

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Excellent spelling and grammar

• Reliability and punctuality

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Personal laptop for taking and submitting notes via email

Successful applicants will complete a video interview, as well as a typing and note-taking assessment.
