Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Ongoing
Hours: Flexible shifts, Monday to Sunday

Early shift: 6:45am - 2:30pm
Late shift: 2:30pm - 10:15pm
Mid-shift (selected Fridays and weekends): 1pm - 6pm

Soul Padel is a growing padel community focused on making the sport accessible, social and fun. We're looking for friendly, energetic Squad Members to help deliver an excellent experience for every player.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome players and assist with bookings, payments and enquiries.
Keep courts, equipment and clubhouse areas clean and organised.
Support events, leagues and club activities.
Create engaging social media content and encourage community involvement.
Assist with retail sales and promote club products.
Support padel games and daily club operations when required.

What We're Looking For

Confidence using apps and social media.
Passion for sport and building a community.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
