Cromwell Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and reliable Band 3 Sterile Services Technician in London.

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilise surgical instruments in accordance with strict protocols

• Operate washer-disinfectors, autoclaves, and utilise instrument tracking systems

• Carry out accurate tray assembly and perform quality control checks

• Identify a wide range of surgical instruments confidently and correctly

• Adhere to infection prevention, control measures, and health & safety guidelines

• Proven experience in a Sterile Services/HSDU environment

• Skilled in the use of sterilisation equipment and tracking systems

• Strong knowledge of infection control and decontamination processes

• High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures

• 6 months of NHS experience
