Your Role

As a Student Recruitment Specialist, you will:

* Generate a minimum of 30 leads each month through online and offline personal contacts.

* Inspire individuals to return to education and pursue their goals.

* Provide personalised support to guide students through the application process.

* Build trust and long-term relationships with students, families, and community groups.

Who We’re Looking For

* Passionate about helping students achieve their goals.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse communities.

* Experience in recruitment or outreach is a plus but not required.

* Open to applicants from all community backgrounds, aged 18–60, with access to public funds.
