This position is a wonderful opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and make a significant impact.

We are looking for a Part time Supervisor for 20hrs per week

What You Will Do:

As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. From training team members to maintaining store displays, your responsibilities will be both diverse and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Manage daily sales targets and motivate your team.
• Facilitate daily briefings to set goals and share updates.
• Maintain an inviting and clean store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Must be over 18 years old and experience as a key-holder.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail operations.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
