Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for dedicated and experienced supply staff to join our dynamic team. This role includes both full-time long-term positions and part-time cover for staff absences. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working with individuals with disabilities.
Key Duties:

• Deliver tailored support to students with complex needs.
• Implement and follow individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Promote a safe and inclusive college environment.
• Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and other professionals.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Track and report on student progress and development.
