Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive-supporting learning activities, encouraging social development, and creating a positive classroom atmosphere. Roles may include:

• One-to-one support for children with additional needs
• Small group work to reinforce learning
• Classroom preparation and resource development
• Assisting in the delivery of creative, engaging lessons

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in childcare, education, or support work
• A positive, adaptable attitude and strong communication skills
• A genuine interest in supporting young learners
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)
