About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in students' education during staff absences. This flexible role is perfect for educators looking to work across different schools and year groups, gain varied experience, or balance work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
• Follow lesson plans provided or adapt where necessary to meet the needs of the class.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and adhere to school policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous teaching experience in primary or secondary education (preferred).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students quickly.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to teaching.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
