Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities:

As a Supply Teacher, you'll bring learning to life through engaging and creative teaching, adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment. You'll follow the National Curriculum and be confident in delivering well-structured, inspiring lessons that motivate children and support their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of pupils
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment with strong behaviour management
• Assess and track pupil progress, offering constructive feedback
• Collaborate effectively with staff, and where appropriate, communicate with parents/carers
• Quickly adapt to different school settings and teaching expectations

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A solid understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
• A flexible, professional approach and a willingness to embrace different school environments
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development across all abilities
