What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and the role, you may:

Deliver engaging lessons and maintain high-quality learning.

Provide classroom cover in the absence of the class teacher.

Lead learning using pre-planned lessons or your own professional expertise where appropriate.

Support pupils' learning and progress across a range of year groups.

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.

Adapt your approach to meet the needs of all learners.

Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure pupils continue to thrive.

Provide clear feedback to support continuity of learning.

Who We're Looking For
