Job Title: Primary School Supply Teacher

Salary: £130 - £160 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a range of vibrant and welcoming Primary Schools in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety in their work, and the chance to make a real difference to children's learning on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the school's curriculum.
-Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups (EYFS - KS2).
-Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following the school's policies.
-Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, supported, -and inspired to achieve.
-Follow lesson plans provided or deliver engaging lessons with minimal preparation when required.

About You:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
-Experience of teaching across the primary age range is desirable.
-Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
-Passionate about education with a positive and proactive attitude.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to build rapport with staff and pupils quickly.
