Supply Teaching Assistant

Location: South East London (including Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark, and surrounding areas)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Term-time only (flexible days available)
Pay: £95 - £115 per day (dependent on experience and role)

We are looking for reliable, proactive, and passionate Supply Teaching Assistants to join our network of partner primary, secondary, and specialist schools across South East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in varied settings and enjoy supporting young people across different age groups and needs.

• Support students in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher.

• Provide one-to-one or small group support, including SEN students where required.

• Assist with classroom preparation, activities, and behaviour management.

• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

• Contribute to pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (in schools or specialist settings)

• A flexible, positive, and professional attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection

• Ideally educated to at least Level 1 in English and Maths

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
