? Support Worker Opportunity – Day Service (Learning Disabilities) ?

Location: Wirral Evolutions Day Care Services
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Contract: 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension

Do you want to make a real difference every day? We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team, providing care and meaningful engagement to vulnerable adults of all ages with learning disabilities.

What You’ll Do:

Support service users in a safe, person-centred environment, promoting independence and dignity
Assist with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and social activities
Deliver engaging, creative sessions that encourage life and social skills
Build strong, professional relationships with individuals, families, and the wider care team
Help maintain a positive and inclusive environment at our day service hub and in the local community

About You:

A kind and empathetic nature, with strong communication skills
Experience in a care or support role (paid, voluntary or personal)
A genuine passion for supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities
Flexibility and reliability to work consistent daytime hours, Monday to Friday

Desirable (but not essential):

Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification
Experience with behaviours of concern or complex needs
