What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly individuals.
• Support with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
• Administer medication safely and in line with training and guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
• Work flexible shifts: earlies, lates, long days, and sleep-ins.
• Take part in ongoing training to grow your skills and confidence.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in a care or support role, ideally with elderly clients.
• Medication administration training.
• A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
