Support Worker

We are currently recruiting Female Care Assistants to join a friendly and professional team at a nursing home in the GL7 area.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 months of relevant UK care experience (essential)

Experience working in a nursing home or residential care setting

*

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care

*

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

*

The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)

What you'll do:

Provide personal care and support to residents

*

Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

*

Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns

*

Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

*

Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
