Responsibilities of the Switchboard Operator:

• Answering incoming calls in a timely efficient manner
• Directing calls to relevant team members
• Taking messages as need and relaying to the relevant team member
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times
•  Ad hoc duties as required by the business

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience providing excellent reception duties
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be an effective communicator with an exceptional telephone manner
• Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
