Sync Coordinator (Part Time)

What you'll do:

• 
  
  US unions reporting.
  
  


• 
  
  Submit International requests via the internal licensing system, Gold (Internal system) to US colleagues.
  
  


• 
  
  Manage all department ticket orders across all clients in Film & TV and Advertising.
  
  


• 
  
  E-card delivery to all external clients – weekly.
  
  


• 
  
  Manage the department’s internal music library and update daily via Disco.
  
  


• 
  
  Send all instrumentals, WAVs and stems when requested across our entire client base.
  
  


• 
  
  Label updates across all sync activity – weekly. 
  
  


• 
  
  Mange all external reception enquires with regards to licensing asks.
  
  


• 
  
  Support the Licensing Manager with all finance and invoicing activities where requested.
  
  


• 
  
  Compile all slides for internal and external presentations.
  
  


• 
  
  Supporting with creative research across Film & TV
  
  


• 
  
  Attend all internal label meetings.
