Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with a leading, fast-paced retail business in the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position is offered at 32 hours per week, with flexibility on how those hours are structured throughout the week.

The Role - Talent Acquisition Specialist:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with both retail and head office teams to support the delivery of efficient, high-quality recruitment. You'll be responsible for proactive sourcing, building strong talent pipelines, and forecasting to meet ongoing business needs.

You'll act as a brand ambassador and recruitment process champion, ensuring the business attracts and secures candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, ideally within retail

• Background in either in-house recruitment or recruitment consultancy

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A motivated, people-focused approach with a drive to deliver results
