Tax Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a leading firm in Hertfordshire who due to continued growth, are seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join their team.

A unique opportunity for a CTA Qualified individual looking to take the next step up in their career with a genuine pathway to Director/ Partner.

You will be managing an impressive client portfolio involving a mixture of tax planning, advisory, compliance, and ad hoc advisory projects.

The portfolio and split of work can be tailored to the individual's skill-set.

The Role:

Managing a diverse client portfolio
Provision of tax advisory services
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Tax advisory from personal renumeration planning to corporate group restructures
Provision of advise in areas such as Capital Gains, Property tax & Inheritance tax
Managing/ supporting the successful delivery of ad hoc tax projects
Managing WIP
Review of tax compliance
Mentoring junior staff
Leading client meetings
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Business development activities

You:

ACA/ CTA Qualified
CTA PQ/ ATT Qualified also considered
Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
Significant private client/ corporate tax expertise
Excellent communication skills
UK Resident
