Teacher of Art

Penistone Grammar School has a vacancy for a Teacher of Art who has the enthusiasm and drive to join our amazing team of Artists.

Hours: Part-time Monday to Thursday/Full time consideredContract: Fixed Term (to cover sickness absence)Salary Range: MPS/UPS (ECTs are welcome to apply)Start Date: 1 September 2025End Date: 31 December 2025 in the first instance

About the role:

You will be a first-class practitioner who will thrive upon the commitment our students have to their learning, a teacher who has the determination and talent to make a difference in the life of each and every student you teach; a teacher who shares our vision and can inspire our young people to achieve more than they believe is possible.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 or be enthusiastic about taking on the challenge that teaching to examination level will bring.
