Teacher of History and Geography part time

Hays are working in partnership with this well-regarded Sheffield school to recruit a part-time teacher to join their Humanities department in September2025.

The school would like to employ the successful candidate for three days per week on a school contract which would cover the period 1/9/25 to 31/8/26.
The ideal applicant will :

- be an excellent History and Geography teacher (and hold UK QTS)- have a passionate commitment to making History and Geography stimulating and relevant for all- have the ability to teach Key Stage 3 for both subjects, and possibly Key Stage 4 for your specialism- bring real energy and dynamism to the role, alongside genuine enthusiasm for your subject- be a skilled ICT practitioner and be comfortable using data to inform planning- have the calibre and ambition to develop his or her career in and beyond this post
