Teacher (Swimming) – £25p/h – Denham, Latimer and Kings Langley

The Role

Got2Swim is looking for qualified Swimming Teachers to join our growing team! You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons at our fantastic venues.

Teaching hours are available at each venue (Denham, Latimer and Kings Langley) throughout the week, from Monday – Saturday.

This is a part time role consisting of 3+ hours a day teaching, term time mainly with a couple of weeks a year of holiday teaching hours available at the self-employed rate of £25 p/h

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups (from 2 ½ years upwards), ensuring a safe and motivating environment.
• Develop lesson plans that encourage creativity and interaction with the swimmers.
• Maintain a high standard of teaching, moving beyond traditional methods to include innovative approaches to instruction.

The Company

We at Got2Swim use different equipment to teach each individual how to swim with more ease, thus building confidence and helping each swimmer progress at a pace that suits them. The focus is on teaching the swimmers to swim correctly from day one with different drills and techniques from the ‘norm’.

The Person

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a Swim England Level 2 or STA qualification (support available for those looking to gain qualifications).
• Are innovative and can create an engaging learning atmosphere.
• Possess excellent communication skills and can work independently.
