Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our supply team in Rugby! We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering flexibility while making a real impact in primary school settings.

What We're Looking For:
? Minimum 1 year experience working in a primary school
? Experience supporting SEN pupils (advantageous but not essential)
? Ability to provide 1:1 support and general classroom assistance
? HLTA or Level 3 TA qualification preferred, but not essential
? Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
