Teaching Assistant

* TEMP TEACHING ASSISTANTS WANTED! *

We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants to support learners in Secondary Settings! You will support learners within the classroom 1:1 or in group settings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the teacher with planning and preparing for lessons.
• Work with individual students and small group.
• Watch, record and report the progress students make.
• Encourage pupils to interact with the class and engage in activities.

Experience

• Knowledge of/experience in working with students with learning difficulties and disabilities.

Requirements

• Teaching assistant experience.
• A passion for the progress of school pupils.
• Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Experience working within Secondary setting.
• Holds a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS.
