Supply Teaching Assistant - Flexible Opportunities in Stratford-upon-Avon

Aspire People are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to provide flexible, part-time support across primary schools in Stratford-upon-Avon. If you are passionate about supporting students across all year groups, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to students
Assisting across the whole school, adapting to different classrooms and learning needs
Supporting pupils with SEN, so prior experience is highly desirable
Ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant in the UK
A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
Confidence in working with students of varying abilities
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
