Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Various Schools Across Oswestry
Contract Type: Flexible / Temporary / Day-to-Day Supply
Salary: £13.68 - £15 per hour (Depending on location and experience)

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in the classroom? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and ALN schools.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other school staff to provide essential support to pupils, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Whether assisting with classroom activities, offering one-to-one support, or supervising group work, your role will be vital in ensuring all students reach their full potential.

• Provide support to teachers in managing classroom activities and resources

• Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning

• Support pupils with additional learning needs (ALN)

• Assist in maintaining a safe, engaging and orderly classroom environment

• Adapt to different schools and settings with professionalism and flexibility

• Experience working with children in an educational or care setting

• A patient, caring and enthusiastic nature

• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments

• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
