Responsibilities:

• Supporting children with their learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning

• Helping pupils with additional needs reach their full potential

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (education, childcare or similar)

• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Teaching Assistant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3) are an advantage but not essential
