I am currently seeking Teaching Assistants who are looking for flexible working.

Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work with a number of Primary schools in the South Bristol area. These schools continue to look for flexible Teaching Assistants who are looking for part-time or full-time work.

The Primary Schools we work with have great opportunities for you to grow as a professional and gain experience working with children in whole class, group work and individual environments.

The Role

There are multiple roles available from supply day to day and long-term positions, you will have the chance to decide to work on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will get a chance to experience working throughout EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms, working with a variety of children in small groups or on a 1 to 1 basis.

We are looking for candidates who are patient, caring and can bring an enthusiastic approach to the classroom.

You will be expected to:

• Have previous experience working with children.

• Be adaptable with strategies and techniques to allow each child to access the curriculum.

• Implement planned activities and adjust according to the students’ response and development.

• Support the children on a social, educational and emotional aspect.

Working with Long-term Teachers:
