Teaching Assistant
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: £90-£100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025

We're looking for a teaching assistant to join Tradewind. Working in a variety of schools in Weston-Super-Mare. The successful candidate will ideally have SEN experience, excellent behaviour management skills, and be able to work effectively with a student who requires additional support.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one support to a student
• Supporting the student's development
• Collaborating with the classroom teacher and other staff members to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with the student's behaviour management and social-emotional development

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children and students with SEND
• A nurturing nature
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work immediately and for the rest of the academic year
